We called TG to come out and look at are romi lathe tailstock. He was able to figure out. What went wrong and was able to order parts very quickly. When he was here we also asked him to look at our haas mill. He figured out that the fan stop working and cause belt to slip on spindle encoder and had new fan and parts in 2 days. We even had him reling a mori while he was here. He was very knowledgeable and got right to work promptly. Definitely will be calling Tayler back for all our future work if possible.
